Kevin green has created a substantial residential property portfolio since 1999, when he climbed onto the property investment train and bought his first deal. Previously, Kevin was a successful dairy farmer in south Wales increasing his family's business from 40 to 400 cows. Kevin, however, became disillusioned with primary production in agriculture with all its tightening margins; he had to work in his business physically hard in order for it to work, and felt he was working very hard for his money. He became aware through reading books by leading entrepreneurs that a wise person gets his money to work for him, and sets up passive income streams.
