aston martinKevin green has created a substantial residential property portfolio since 1999, when he climbed onto the property investment train and bought his first deal. Previously, Kevin was a successful dairy farmer in south Wales increasing his family's business from 40 to 400 cows. Kevin, however, became disillusioned with primary production in agriculture with all its tightening margins; he had to work in his business physically hard in order for it to work, and felt he was working very hard for his money. He became aware through reading books by leading entrepreneurs that a wise person gets his money to work for him, and sets up passive income streams. Now, that sounded easy in theory, but HOW was he going to achieve a great change successfully.

Kevin applied for a Nuffield Scholarship to provide him with a vehicle to travel and study the attitudes and personalities of high achievers in business. Kevin duly overcame the interview process against other more academically qualified applicants, and was chosen by Nuffield to study a topic entitled Mindset For Success. Up to this point, Kevin had hardly ventured outside of Wales!

Richard BransonThe study was an eye opener for Kevin. He learnt the simple principles for success, and determined the common key elements that attributed towards that success. Part of the Nuffield remit was to speak of his findings on his return and help others through his findings. This, unbeknown to Kevin, was the beginning of a speaking career with his services being in great demand.

Kevin always remembered Mike Tilley, Head of Merrill Lynch Investments, who told him to act on the advice you give others. Kevin had this huge 'monkey on his back', and was desperate to change; he could not see himself working physically hard on the farm in five years time, and noticed the common thread between high achievers in that they were directly, or indirectly involved in property investment. This excited him because he felt he could 'control' his own business, unlike stocks and shares for example where someone else has 'control' of that business. He wanted to get into residential property investment, and went on a series of learning courses to provide the toolkit needed for safety, certainty and speed in his growth.

kiyosakiKevin bought his first 'smelly' property using credit cards to bridge finance the deposit and mortgage at 85% loan to value. Kevin learnt how to buy properties without using his own money, and how to get paid on completion. He very quickly realised the only limiting factor to achieving growth in numbers was himself. Kevin built a massive portfolio of buy to let properties, began asset stripping farms and achieving high profits through planning gain. He remembers his first asset strip deal, which made him a profit of £124, 000 before tax for part time work over three months! He would have worked solid on the dairy farm for six years to achieve a similar return hmmmm !!

Kevin is now a multimillionaire, not surprising for someone who believes actions speak louder than words. He is involved in a number of successful companies and property related business. Land development, lease options and commercial deals form a major arm of his business today, together with his continued growth of the buy to let property portfolio.

Kevin, is a member of the Professional Speakers Organisation, and is the world's foremost speaker on little or no money down property deals. His speaking services include motivational, opening and closing conferences and after dinner speaking. He is contracted in by the world's foremost property training companies to instruct as the principal speaker on property training seminars..
